Banana and pineapple smoothie
Natural banana and pineapple smoothie. Natural and nutritious recipe with simple ingredients, ready in just 10 minutes.
- 1 pineapple and 3 bananas
- 2 natural yoghurts
- 2 tbs of honey
- Juice of half a lemon
- 4 tsp Bellbio cane sugar
Peel the fruit and cut it into pieces.
Add the yogurts, honey, lemon juice and Bellbio cane sugar.
Blend it until the mixture is smooth and strain (sieve) it.
Allow it to cool in the fridge.
Leave it to cool in the fridge.
