Cheesecake. Natural and nutritious recipe with simple ingredients.
- 180 g of Bellbio organic whole cane sugar
- 125 g of butter
- 600 g of cheese
- 50 g of soft goats’ cheese
- 200 g of biscuits
- 400 g of whipping cream
- 4 g of salt
- 6 eggs
Grind the biscuits into fine pieces.
Melt the butter and add the ground biscuits. Stir the mix.
Spread the base into the mould and store in the fridge or freezer to compact the cake.
Pre-heat oven to 180°.
Add the rest of the ingredients to a bowl: organic Bellbio sugar, cream cheese, cream, beaten eggs and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth.
Pour the mixture over the biscuit base. Bake for 30 minutes at 180° (make sure it doesn’t burn, as this will depend on your type of oven).
Remove from oven and leave to rest at room temperature for at least five hours.
