Ingredients

Ingredients for 12 muffins:

  • 200 g of Bellbio organic whole-cane sugar
  • 150 ml of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g of flour
  • 16 g of baking power
  • 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • 150 ml of sunflower oil

Preparation

Pre-heat oven to 200°.

Place the Bellbio organic whole-cane sugar and eggs in a large mixing bowl and beat at full power for approximately two minutes.

Gradually add the oil and milk while beating the mixture for one minute. Then, add the flour and sugar (both sieved), along with the baking powder. Beat for another minute.

Place the batter in individual aluminium moulds, filling 2/3 of each mould.

Reduce the oven temperature to 180° and bake for 20 minutes (keep an eye on them to make sure they don’t burn). Leave to cool at room temperature.
